• Linens, including a face cradle cover and hand towel, and your lubricant of choice (oil or something that does not absorb quickly works best for cupping, but bring what you use).
• Silicone Cup set if you are not purchasing one from us
• Notebook/pen for taking notes
• Water bottle
• Light snack (optional)
