Whether you’re new to percussion tools or looking to deepen your understanding\, this course will give you the confidence and practical skills to integrate percussion massage guns like the Theragun or Hypervolt into your sessions.  \nYou’ll start by learning the science and mechanisms behind percussive therapy\, including how it affects the nervous system\, circulation\, and muscle tissue. We’ll discuss the latest research and real-world applications that support the use of percussion massage guns in both clinical and wellness-focused settings.  \nThrough hands-on practice you’ll gain experience using percussion massage guns on various muscle groups.
